Show-stopping bug sends the game to the back of the approval queue.

It seems that RPG fans who were looking forward to getting stuck into Overhaul Game's re-imagining of the PC classic Baldur's Gate will have to wait a little longer. The iPad version of the game, due out today, is now expected to be released sometime next week.

Developer Trent Oster announced the delay on Twitter, citing a crash bug that prevented the game from passing Apple's approval process. The bug has been squashed, and the game re-submitted, but it's now at the back of the approval queue.

We'll bring you our review of the game as soon as possible. In the meantime, have a read of our preview to find out what you can expect from this long-awaited game.
