submitted by Cascading_Tearsposted 5 months agoLet's say you really like your neighbor. You figure out he/she is about to move! OH NO, what shall you do? Well, what I did was when talking to the neighbor and he/she tells you they're going to move, when you answer them, always pick the top answer (which is usually "Don't go!" or "T-That can't be!" or something like that). You know they will stay when they say "You really feel that way? What to do..." or they have a little dark cloud over their head and say something, but I don't remember exactly what. Now, if you have a stubborn animal, don't fret. Because there can be animals who don't give in and say those things. What you have to do is just keep hitting the top answer and even if he/she says no over and over, he/she will probably end up staying if you keep hitting the top answer for a long time.
I discovered this one day. Pick up the dandelion puffs and drag it onto your person in the item screen. Now it is in your hand. Go out of your selection screen and blow it away by either pressing "A" or tapping on it with your stylus.
In order to check if there's anyone in your town (e.g. Mr. Shrunk, Joan, etc.) you can go to Booker at the main gate and ask him "What's new?".

submitted by ark209posted 9 months agoplace 50,000 bells in the bank, save and switch off the game. switch on the ds but BUT DO NOT SWITCH ON THE GAME!!! instead tap the the little icon thingymajig on the bottom and change the time ON THE DS!! 11 years. then switch on and off ds and play game. you may notice that you have billions of weeds but its ok! its supposed to happen! when you log on to your guy you will reiceive a letter from the h.r.a and the bank. (and possibly from a friend if he is leavin or sumthin) it will say you have recieved interest =).keep reapeating for as long as you like but read the bit below so you know more about it. the more money you keep in the bank the more interest you get. the max amount of interest you can get it 99,999 bells but you only get that when you reach atleast 250,000 bells in the bank. when you reach year 2099 reset the time on your ds then your animal crossing game and repeat. i paid off my entire house which is now a mansion thanks to this cheat =).
p.s if it dosent work then you are doing something wrong maybe you are changeing the time on the game and not the ds or try putting the time on the game forward 11 years and then on you ds so the game says year 2022 and ds says 2011.
p.s.s i was egzadgerateing on billions of weeds ther is i limit of around 1000 and it only takes like 20 mins of weed picking to pick it all up. you could make a game out of it with your friends and see who can clear there town first. that is if your very sad and bored with this game.

1. get foreign fruit(other towns fruit whcih your town does not provide)and plant as many as you can,fast forward the time til theyve grown into a tree. when the tree has grown get all the fruit and plant them, keep doing this and you will get lots of money...x
2.everyday a rock will provide money under neith and you've got to hit it lots so you can get :100 bells, 200 bells, 400 bells, 800 bells, 1,000 bells, 2,000 bells, 4,000 bells etc. and you will be rich...x
3. get plants to breed. here are some breeding helpful tips:
Roses:
Red + white = pink red + yellow = orange white + white = purple black + purple = blue
Red + red = balck
Tulips:
Red + red = black red + white = pink red + yellow = purple yellow + yellow = black
Pansies:
Red + red = purple red + yellow = orange white + white = blue
Cosmos:
Red + red = black red + white = pink red + yellow = orange
4.as you may have read that if you turn your ds 50years ahead it will give you money from interest but it wont as the game will beable to tell and the bank wont give you any money and you'll only get weeds. i have tried it and it doesnt work...x
5.have you noticed no one will recycle well if you try recycling others will recycle and if some one in your town has expensive taste for furniture they may recycle it and you will get it. ive done it and i received a 800,000bells worth of a throne from this lion...x
p.s. these all work and have been tested also donot try turning your time forward as it leads to more tiding up than any money not received...x

O.K. To get started, I am going to teach you how to get the rare flower:
1.)Pink Tulips!
In order to get this flower, you must plant a red tulip and white tulip near each other, then wait for a few days... Or time travel
Then, if you did this just right, you should have a pink tulip!
2.) Black Tulips
To get black tulips, you plant 2 red tulips near each other, and in a few days, you will have a black tulip!
3.) Orange Tulips
To get these beautiful flowers, you must plant a red tulip near a yellow tulip, and in a few days, you will have an orange tulip!
4.) Pink Cosmos!
To get these, you must plant a red tulip near a white one, and in a few days, you will have a pink cosmos.
5.) Orange Cosmos!
To get these, you must plant red and sun cosmos near eachother, and in a few days, there will be an orange one waiting there for you.
6.) Black Cosmos!
To get this one, the only cosmos I find truely interesting, you must plant 2 red cosmos near eachother, and in a few days, there will be a black one there.

11) Lucky Clovers!(4 Leaf clovers)
This is only available by getting weeds untill you see clovers starting to appear in your town, now, mind you, they all look a like, the only way to tell is to go up to them and press "B" or tap your character. Ocassionaly, it will be a 4 Leaf Clover! Worth 80 bells to Tom Nook, 166 bells to neighbors in the flea market!
12) Jacob's Ladder
To get this one, you must have a "perfect rating" for 10-16 days, then Jacob's Ladders will start to appear in your town! They are worth 90 bells to Tom Nook, and 189 to neighbors shopping in your house during flea market. NOTE: If your rating stops being perfect, then the Jacob's Ladders will start to dissapear from their places in the ground.

The actual way to make someone stay is to write a letter to them but DO NOT POST IT! Keep it in your inventory and that neighbour will never move away, and to get rid of a neighbour, IGNORE THEM because hitting them over the head with a net etc only makes them mad, I tried it and they didnt speak to me and I carreid on doing it for a MONTH and they still remained, so IGNORE THEM for at least a week =]
