Corpse Party: Blood Drive Gets A Physical Fall Release
Journey back into Heavenly Host Elementary for a 3D adventure.
Journey back into the twisted world of Corpse Party with a rather unexpected release coming this fall to the PS Vita: Corpse Party: Blood Drive. The spooky series enjoys its first jump to a 3D world rather than the previous 2D environments, and it's also getting its first ever physical release to top things off. How's that for yet another trip into Heavenly Host Elementary?
Corpse Party: Blood Drive's "Everafter Edition" will come paired with a two-disc compilation soundtrack of songs culled from the entire Corpse Party series, and a "Dying Art" book featuring art from the other games as well. It's a pretty big deal that this release in particular should get a physical retail copy, especially since it's a bit of a niche visual novel.
The game will include the original Japanese voiceovers and new gameplay elements such as binaural 3D audio and the "Darkening" system as well as additional art, interviews, and more. There's even a brand new in-game flashlight and dynamic lighting sysem.
Sounds like it'll be a pretty crazy party once more for the classic visual novel. Will you be picking up the physical release?
