Bravely Second: End Layer Announced For 2016
Rest easy, Bravely Default fans. You can play the game's sequel next year.
After all the fanfare surrounding Bravely Second and the possibility that we may not see it in the West, finally Nintendo has seen fit to officially announce Bravely Second: End Layer (complete with its subtitle) for a North American and European release in 2016.
The sequel is playable whether you've completed the first game or not, though obviously you'll get more out of it if you picked the other game up as well. It will follow Agnes Oblige, one of the heroines from the first game, as she's kidnapped and taken away. It's your job to take up the mantle of a fearless knight and go after her to recover her.
It should be an exciting and complex journey if it's anything like the original game, especially considering the footage we've seen so far.
