Taiko Drum Master: V Version Receives A Japanese Demo
But still no love for us Westerners!

Taiko Drum Master is one of Japan's largest rhythm game franchises, and we've only ever gotten one proper release in America, which isn't fair. So of course a brand new game in the series means we probably won't get that either, but I'm still holding out hope for Taiko Drum Master: V Version, which can now be trialed by Japanese gamers and is available from the Japanese PlayStation Store.
The demo shows off the game's "Donda Quest" mode and some interesting battles as well as four-player multiplayer that can be enjoyed with friends. And in Japan, it's probably a lot more likely you've got three other friends with the game than it would be here.
If you live in Japan or are going to be around so that you can get your hands on the game, there will be three free songs from anime series available to people who purchase the game between July 9 and August 31.
