Here's Your First Glimpse At God Eater Resurrection
New mechanics, a new look, and more!
Bandai Namco has been teasing us for some time with snippets and screnshots of God Eater Resurrection, the remake of God Eater Burst, for PS Vita. It's scheduled currently for a winter release in Japan, but we're getting our first legitimate look at it now with some tidbits of information that we can actually live with! Finally, we've been thrown some scraps!
The game will feature several new mechanics, including a new style of combat known as "Predator Style." It'll allow players to perform jumps and dashes while devouring the Aragami in-game. It'll also feature updated graphics as well as a new story thread that links the game to God Eater 2.
There's no specific release date yet beyond "winter," but if you're interested you'll have plenty of time to get up on the series if you want to take the plunge and play the remake. Seems like there are a lot of remakes on the horizon, aren't there? Might as well add this one to your collection too.
