Yo-kai Watch 3 Launching With Two Versions: Sushi & Tempura
The third Yo-kai Watch game is already headed out for release in July, and it's got some wacky subtitles a la Pokemon: Sushi and Tempura versions, as the latest issue of Japanese magazine Monthly CoroCoro Comic announces. July 16 is the official date, and this game is all about the "American" side of the Yo-kai.
Basically, the game takes place in St. Peanutsburg, which is a fictional town actually located in the United States. It's a little bizarre that the games are actually placed in fictional US towns, but maybe that bodes well for the games coming out for western players. Keita, the original star of the other games, will be starring in these as well, in addition to female character Inaho Misora, who has her own story focusing on Sakura New Town in Japan, where she's working on forming a Yo-kai detective squad.
