Bustin' Makes You Feel Good With Ghostbusters: Slime City This Summer
Ghostbusters movie coming out this summer featuring an all-female cast, it had to be known that there'd be an app coming this way as well. The app in question is Ghostbusters: Slime City, which is slated for an iOS and Android release (as well as some Kindle devices) this July, the perfect time to capitalize on the movie's release in theaters.
Activision is handling specifics for the game, but at present there isn't a whole lot to go on when it comes to what you'll actually be doing. You'll be able to make your own proton packs and take advantage of asynchronous co-op play and various bustin' of ghosts, but there's no word as to what characters you'll be playing as, seeing, or anything of the sort.
There's apparently another Ghostbusters game releasing for PC and consoles around the same time, which there also aren't many details about at the moment, but hopefully we'll see that one or both of the games are worth picking up, especially using the previous Ghostbusters game as a precedent. It was absolutely awesome.
