Rayman DS Ships

Keep your arms and legs inside at all times

After a prolonged wait, the limbless one is finally making his way to the Nintendo DS in Rayman DS by Ubisoft. In his first outing on the handheld, Rayman must save his world from a horde of marauding pirates spanning over 45 levels, ranging from magma-laden mountains, waterfalls, and deep-sea caves. Rayman DS is based off of the critically acclaimed platformer, Rayman 2: the Great Escape (found on the Nintendo 64, PlayStation and Dreamcast), with some notable changes.

Rayman DS utilizes the Nintendo DS's capabilities, allowing Rayman to be controlled with either the D-pad or touch screen, with his lives, health and other attributes detailed on the bottom screen. Rayman can swim, jump, solve puzzles with his unique abilities, exploring strange and quirky levels and encountering equally odd friends.

Rayman DS is rated "E" for everyone and is being shipped to stores nation-wide at a retail price of $29.99.
