Two New DS Colors Released in Japan
The Yin & Yang of DS color themes.
While gamers elsewhere in the world may have to wait a bit longer for newer editions, Nintendo of Japan has released two brand-new Nintendo DS colors: graphite black and pure white. The newer colors bring the total of Nintendo DS colors to four, including the original platinum DS and a special Pepsi blue/white promotional system. The graphite black and pure white DSs can be seen here. True to their names, the new DS systems are entirely one color, including their buttons and stylus.
Next month Nintendo plans to release two additional colors, turquoise blue and candy pink (expected to be released April 24th). No immediate plans have been made to bring the colors to North America and Europe, but you can expect they (or some other color variation) will eventually make their way over.
