After Burner Revived on PSP
SEGA does justice to one of its arcade classics
You may recall back in August that SEGA announced to be partnering with developers Planet Moon Studios to create a new PSP title based on a classic SEGA brand. Today the company revealed that title to be After Burner: Black Falcon, a revitalized version of the arcade flight combat game.
The game's story centers on the recent theft of 13 top-secret fighter planes by an underground mercenary organization known as Black Falcon. As the player, it's your duty to recover the jets by utilizing 19 officially licensed military planes and engaging in high-speed aerial combat. Aside from the single player campaign, a host of competitive multiplayer modes will also be available.
After Burner: Black Falcon for the PSP is currently scheduled for release Spring 2007. Be sure to check back sometime in the not too distant future for more updates from us.
