Get Mafia 3: Rivals On iOS and Android Now
The Big Easy takes to the small screen in 2K/Cat Daddy's new mobile game.
Mafia 3: Rivals, a collab between 2k Games and Cat Daddy, are now available for iOS and Android. Rivals has you taking control of a criminal syndicate in the fictional New Orleans-inspired New Bordeaux.
The combat in the game is card-based, like Cat Daddy's previous title WWE SuperCard. Each character in combat is assigned a symbol from a suite of cards (Spades, Hearts, Diamonds, Clubs) which figures into a Rock-Paper-Scissors-type relationship.
Combat isn't the only appeal here, though. Cat Daddy and 2k games promise an engaging story and the ability to develop your characters over time, which is more geared than an extended sit-down session than quick gaming on the go. There will also be regular updates bringing new material to the game which draws upon the characters, locations, and events from the console version of Mafia 3.
