iOS 10.3 Gets A Third Beta
Apple has seeded a third beta for 10.3 to developers.
If you're the sort that likes to follow every bit of iPhone news you can find, then here's a fun tidbit — Apple has seeded a third beta for iOS 10.3 to developers. Those who are registered should be able to nab it from the Apple Developer Center. The last beta went out just two weeks ago, so don't expect much meat to this one. What it does introduce is an App Compatibility section to the settings. If you're worried about apps you've downloaded that may be going out of date, then you can check here to see what might not be compatible with future versions of iOS.
As for iOS 10.3 as a whole, a few useful features should be on the way. If you dropped the money on AirPods then you'll likely be happy to hear that the update will feature a "Find my AirPods" function, which attempts to play a sound through the ear buds to help you find them if you've dropped one. 10.3 will also include an Apple File System, as well as some updates to the App Store to make app reviews a bit more manageable. There's no word yet on when iOS 10.3 will officially drop.
