Incredibly Weird Puzzle Game GNOG Coming To iOS This Summer
Kinda fascinating and very weird, GNOG is looking to be a unique experience.
Mobile platforms have their share of strange and interesting puzzle games. The Room comes to mind, which was short but fascinating in the time it lasted. If you're looking to keep the fascinating part but make everything surrounding it weird as all hell, then you may want to be on the lookout for upcoming title GNOG. No, it's not a game about Asian instruments that I misspelled, it's a colorful and musical puzzle game from developer KO_OP Mode in partnership with Double Fine.
Each level in GNOG is a strange sort of mechanical head that you'll venture inside to solve all manner of puzzles. Every one is a unique, hand-crafted experience that will ask you to pull, slide, rotate, press, and grab at various elements of the level to solve its puzzles. With a new dynamic sountrack for each level, and 9 levels in total to solve your way through, this could be a very interesting experience to say the least.
I'm certainly intrigued by this, and may need to try it out myself when it finally shows up. If nothing else, the soundtrack is pretty rad from what's been in the trailers. It'll be making its way to PS4 first on May 2nd, with PSVR support, but will be headed to Steam and iOS after that.
