Namco Announces Atomic Betty GBA
Saving the universe one galaxy at a time...
Namco announced today that a new puzzle solving game titled Atomic Betty is currently in development for the Game Boy Advance. The title features a unique control scheme which will allow for 3 different characters to be controlled all at once, as players learn to utilize each of their respective skills in an attempt to save the universe.
Based off the hit cartoon show, players will take on the role of Betty, who is not the ordinary little girl that her friends and family perceive her to be. When the diabolical Maximus I.Q. begins his reign of terror over the galaxy, it's up to Betty to save the day as she becomes Atomic Betty, Galactic Guardian and Defender of the Cosmos.
Enlisting the aid of her sidekicks Sparky and X-5, Betty begins her quest to defend the galaxy from unspeakable evil. There will be a total of 5 playable characters to use throughout the game, as well as rocket ship travel and a wide variety of weapons and gadgets to choose from.
Atomic Betty is scheduled for a North American release this August and is available exclusively on the Game Boy Advance.
