Big E3 Plans for Gizmondo
Another UK Invasion
Tiger Telematics Inc. have announced their aspirations to make their newly-released multimedia handheld, Gizmondo, a big presence at the Electronic Entertainment Expo next month. The company is planning on demonstrating new games, demos, and capabilities of the Gizmondo hardware.
Currently the Gizmondo is only available in Europe, but the company hopes to impress the U.S. game industry with their E3 demonstration.
"Last year we were the newcomer at E3 showing a prototype of the Gizmondo and people were impressed." said Carl Freer, Co-founder and Chairman of Tiger Telematics Inc. "This year we're back with a multi-million dollar investment in the event, the finished article, and a fantastic line up of launch content. We're ready for the U.S."
The Gizmondo floor space will occupy 4500 square feet and will be positioned next to Microsoft's stage. Tiger Telematics hopes to reveal eight new games in development, eight currently finished titles, and new gaming technology including Smart Adds. The company is also expected to reveal the Gizmondo's U.S. release date and price.
