Crush 3D Coming to Nintendo 3DS September 6
Sega revives a PSP classic, complete with new features and cool 3D effects.
In 2007, Sega teamed with developer Zoe Mode to create Crush, a PSP platform/puzzle hybrid that tasked players with solving puzzles by converting the game world from 2D to 3D and back.
The game was well received by critics and went on to become a cult hit. Now it's back, this time in the form of Crush 3D, coming to 3DS September 6 and September 9 in the U.S. and Europe/Australia, respectively.
From what we've heard, this port follows the same premise, but also contains the option to leave gifts for friends to collect in-game using StreetPass, new locations, characters and a hint system.
"Crush 3D gives all gamers a chance to experience this critically acclaimed concept in full 3D," said Gary Knight, Senior Vice President of Marketing of Sega West. "With features specifically designed for this exciting new platform, Crush 3D is right at home on the Nintendo 3DS."
We loved Crush on PSP and can't wait to see how it plays on 3DS. Look for more info at this year's E3 (June 7-9).
