Fruit Ninja Free For Android Users
You don't have to pay a penny for Halfbrick Studios' award winning action game.
In the battle for smart phone supremacy, Android has emerged victorious, at least for today. Halfbrick Studios announced that its incredibly popular video game, Fruit Ninja, is now free to download.
The game tasks players with zipping their fingers along touch screens to slice different pieces of fruit, the goal to achieve a high score without letting the fruit fall to the bottom of the screen or "accidentally" hitting bombs that randomly appear.
The App comes with all of the content fans know and love, including OpenFeint support and the Dojo, which features a variety of blades and backgrounds.
Meanwhile, iPhone and iPad owners must continue to pay $0.99 and $2.99, respectively, to enjoy some good old fashioned fruit chopping fun.
