E3 2005: Pathway to Glory Sequel Unveiled

Expanded warfare on the N-Gage

Nokia today revealed the sequel to Pathway to Glory, previously released on the N-Gage. Titled Pathway to Glory: Ikusa Islands, the game is being developed by Red Lynx and will contain a hefty dose of added features, including a new battle theatre, improved A.I., a whole new storyline, and plenty of added weapons, vehicles, and soldiers.

The title will take place during World War II in the Pacific, as players assume the role of Navy veteran Commander McDouglas.

Making use of Bluetooth technology, Ikusa Islands will support a six player Arena, fitted with in-game chat systems and an improved Field Radio.

An official release date was without mention at this time. Stay tuned for further information.
