Resident Evil: Revelations' Parker Luciani- This Guy's A Goner, Right?
Although much of the game's story remains a mystery, one thing seems crystal clear: Parker bites the big one.
Resident Evil: Revelations' assistant producer, Tsukasa Takenaka, told us that newcomer Parker Luciani was designed to be likeable, the type of guy everyone wants to have a drink with.
We can see that, but he also looks like something else: monster food.
Now before you accuse us of revealing spoilers, rest assured that we don't know much about Parker or his fate. In fact, this guy's past remains a mystery, other than he works for the BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance) and accompanies Jill Valentine on a mission to locate Chris Redfield.
To us, he's the new Barry Burton, who's very much alive, by the way.
At the same time, given Capcom's goal to return this franchise back to its survival horror roots, Parker seems like a character destined to die, especially since Chris and Jill eventually find each other, leaving Parker's whereabouts (or perhaps, his purpose) unknown.
How will it happen? Killed by Wesker? Turned into a monster? Devoured by one?
How about saving Jill from death? That always seems to work in horror movies.
For all we know, Parker will become one of Resident Evil's most likeable characters and go on to star in numerous sequels.
That said, you're free to like this mustachioed hero. Just don't get too attached.
