Madagascar Arrives on the DS & GBA
The hilarity of animal antics is now portable
Activision's latest portable title, Madagascar, releases today across North America for the Nintendo DS and Game Boy Advance. Based on the much anticipated animated film from DreamWorks, the game will allow players to take control of four different animals from the movie, including a lion, zebra, giraffe, and hippo.
The journey starts in the Central Park Zoo, as the animals begin to make their way through New York and to the exotic island of Madagascar. Taking place over 12 different chapters, the game will also sport a variety of mini-games exclusive to the Nintendo DS version.
By connecting wirelessly with other DS owners, players can also challenge a friend to partake in a co-op mini-game.
Madagascar for the Nintendo DS and Game Boy Advance is rated "E" for Everyone, and will have a MSRP of $39.99 and $29.99 on the respective systems.
