Super Mario 3D Land And Mario Kart 7 Dominate Japan, Legion Of Doom Style
Best-selling twosome quickly become 2011's biggest games.
Both Super Mario 3D Land and Mario Kart 7 became the highest selling 2011 video games in all Japan, despite releasing in November and December, respectively.
Capcom also earned kudos for taking the number three and four spots with its Monster Hunter franchise. Similar to Mario Kart 7, Monster Hunter Tri G had a December release.
