Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D Slithering To 3DS This February
Spend winter 2012 sneaking through a sweltering Soviet jungle.
Snake? Snake!?! Snake!?!?!?!
Oh wait, there he is.
Today, Konami announced plans to release Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D February 21 in the States. The news caught us by surprise, as we expected the game to appear sometime in March.
This re-imaging of the 2004 PS2 classic takes full advantage of 3DS, with gyroscope functionality for balancing on beams, a new camouflage feature that works in tandem with the system's external camera, glasses free 3D and support for Nintendo's upcoming Circle Pad Pro, which arrives in stores February 7.
Barring some unforeseen mishap, it should join the handheld's growing list of must have titles. Of course, we'll have a review ASAP.
