Kid Icarus: Uprising Weapons- Bows
Forget up close and personal. We prefer to kill things from a minimum safe distance.
Anyone that's played the original Kid Icarus knows Medusa is tough to beat. Quite frankly, we expect an even greater challenge in Kid Icarus: Uprising when it appears on 3DS March 23.
Thankfully, Pit has a huge selection of weapons, the better to smite the snake-haired nuisance with. Shot Claws do a ton of damage, but are best at close range.
For long range jobs, be sure to use Pit's trusty bow, a weapon that lets him unleash homing shots upon his adversaries. From what we can tell, there are two types in the game, both of which do a nice job making things dead.
Which one's best? Well, that all depends on what you need most.
This well-balanced instrument of destruction (comprised of two types of metal) fires smaller shots that deal more damage the further they travel. Great for nailing targets from a distance.
You'll probably ditch the Fortune Bow in favor of this bad boy that draws its power from the night sky, allowing it to fire devastating comets. Not only does it have insane range, the longest of any Bow, but charged shots boost comet speed, while dash shots let Pit blast adversaries with three comets at once.
