Dead to Rights PSP Goes Gold
Jack is back, and this time, it's portable
Namco announced today that its latest PSP offering, Dead to Rights: Reckoning, has gone gold. Based off the popular console games, the portable iteration of Dead to Rights features a whole new adventure exclusive to the PSP.
In Reckoning, players will once again assume control of tough cop Jack Slate and his canine associate, Shadow. Together they return to the crime stricken Grant City to track down an informant kidnapped by a major crime lord.
Furthermore to the new storyline, the third-person action game will also present an array of new fighting styles and weaponry, along with the returning gameplay mechanic popularly known as bullet time.
A wireless multiplayer mode will be available as well, allowing up to four players to engage in heated deathmatches.
Dead to Rights: Reckoning for the Sony PSP will be rated "M" for Mature and is scheduled to hit North American retailers nationwide on June 28.
