Shadowgun: Now With Retina Display Awesomeness
Madfinger Games just made its slick iOS shooter look even cooler. Then it stomped some bugs. We approve.
If you love shooters, consider yourself a graphics aficionado and play games on iPad, Shadowgun is a must buy. Madfinger Games' intense shooter has received plenty of attention from consumers and critics alike, in large part because of its near console quality visuals.
That said, the game definitely had some issues, and we're happy to report the developers fixed a few in the newest update. First, and foremost, Shadowgun now supports the new iPad's retina display with 2048x1536 resolution and 4x MSAA Anti Aliasing.
On top of that, the team fixed reloading and rolling bugs, as well as invisible/untouchable icons on lifts in levels seven and eight.
We've yet to boot the game since the update, but rest assured, it'll happen momentarily.
