It's method of encouraging you to dip into its in-app purchase system in order to make sizable progress triggered a heated debate. Is this really a game, or just a cynical attempt to leave you compelled to hand over your cash?
Build a tower, attract new residents, get them into their dream job, and (above all else), check in constantly to make sure your shops are stocked up. Whatever your feelings about the game might be, what can't be denied is that this title will you have you checking in again, and again, and again.
