Astronaut Simulator Takes Players To Final Frontier
Blasting aliens is so 2011. The kids these days want to repair satellites.
Now this is a game we can get behind. Indie developer Jorge Hernandez is just a few weeks from completing his iOS creation, Astronaut Simulator, an app that should give players a virtual taste of what it's like to be a NASA astronaut.
That said, you can forget about killing aliens and activating warp drives. Instead, you'll take control of a Manned Maneuvering Unit (MMU) and perform a variety of tasks through 20 levels, be it repairing equipment or working with satellites before the astronaut's oxygen supply runs out.
Sounds pretty sweet, right? If the answer is no, we don't know what's wrong with you. This game has a ton of potential and could become a favorite. Come on, Mr. Hernandez. Make us proud.
