Sigma Star Saga is Gold
If space shooters and RPGs had a baby...
Namco announced today that forthcoming title for the Game Boy Advance, Sigma Star Saga, has gone gold and is ready to be mass produced for retail.
Created exclusively for the GBA, the game will combine both the depth and storytelling of an RPG along with action-packed space shooting to provide for a unique and original adventure.
Players will assume the role of a human working as a double agent in enemy territory in order to overthrow the devious Krill armada. Spanning the entire galaxy, a wide range of environments will be present for players to explore, with an assortment of powerful weaponry available to outfit their character.
During the space shooting segments, players will take to the skies in familiar side-scrolling fashion, with a customizable ship of more than 15,000 different combinations and upgrades.
Sigma Star Saga for the Game Boy Advance is expected to hit stores across the nation later this August.
