Resident Evil Coming to DS
Because the killing of zombies should not be confined to one's home
British magazine NGC reports in its latest issue that Capcom is currently at work on a Resident Evil remake for the Nintendo DS.
According to the article, the title will make use of the same over-the-shoulder control scheme and camera perspective used in the much acclaimed console game Resident Evil 4 for the GameCube (also headed to PS2 sometime later this year).
In terms of touch screen usage, the game will apparently integrate a system that allows the players to input various attacks via stylus. Other than this, gameplay details remain relatively scarce.
As it stands, however, Capcom has not officially confirmed the game's existence, but you can probably expect to hear some announcements made soon.
