Edna & Harvey: The Breakout Sneaking Onto iPad August 2012
Well-received point-and-click adventure ready to shine on Apple's tablet.
The App Store already plays host to a variety of beloved PC games, and now we can add Edna & Harvey: The Breakout to the growing list. First released in 2008, this engaging point-and-click adventure stars a young girl (that would be Edna), who wakes up in a padded cell within an insane asylum.
With no memory of her past and a talking stuffed bunny by the name of Harvey, she sets off to escape, but not before running into a bizarre group of patients, including a man wearing a bee costume and the pseudo-Siamese twins Hoti and Moti.
Edna & Harvey: The Breakout went on to pick up numerous awards, like the 2009 Red Dot Design Award. Fans seem to think it closely mimics those classic LucasArts PC titles from the 90s and we're inclined to agree. That said, we look forward to experiencing this game as soon as it hits iPad sometime this August.
