Call Of Duty: Black Ops Zombies Update Brings Director's Cut, New Weapons
Not exactly sure what a V-R11 is, but we're positive it comes in handy for slaughtering undead monsters.
We've been so caught up with Dead Trigger that we forgot about that other zombie first-person shooter, Call of Duty: Black Ops Zombies, if for no other reason than its time had passed. Well, Activision had something to say about that, and released an update last week that breathes new life into its undead frag fest.
Available for free, Version 1.3.0 adds the Call of the Dead: Director's Cut, where the "original zombie team of Nikolai, Takeo, Richtofen and Dempsey" band together to fight zombies in Siberia. On top of that, players will find two new weapons (the V-R11 and the Semtex mine), new achievements, a Perk-a-cola Deadshot Daquiri (sounds delicious) and a variety of optimizations and bug fixes you may or may not notice.
Not bad at all, we say. In fact, it's sizable enough to get us to stop playing Dead Trigger, at least for a little while.
