Organ Trail: Director's Cut Update Features Quicker Zombie Bear
Someone please explain why that's a good thing.
A few weeks ago, we heaped tons of praise upon Organ Trail: Director's Cut, a fun Oregon Trail homage featuring zombies and nasty bandits. It was great as is, but like all things on the App Store, a little update can go a long way. Thus, we have Version 1.0.1, with a plethora of improvements to help make your stay in this post apocalyptic world easier or more difficult, depending on whether you encounter the now speedier zombie bear.
The full list of iOS updates includes:
-Fixed the type your name crash on Touch 3 and 4!!
-Fixed some performance issues on iPad 1 and lower end devices.
-Fixed save bugs.
-Fixed a bug where your difficulty would always be set to medium
-Fixed the credits crash.
-Fixed audio not playing properly in certain places
-Fixed bandit music not playing during bandit encounters
-Fixed distance to next landmark display
-Fixed Ninja Muffler **UPDATE** Still broken :(
-Fixed Nev-R-Break Battery
-Fixed $50 cash bag sprite showing up as dollar sprite during scavenging
-Fixed a trade in the point of interest where you got 300 fuel instead of $
-Other smaller bugs no one noticed
Gameplay & Balance
-Raised the value of all goods when selling
-Changed the math for the car's damage
-You move faster in the bandit chase
-Increased scrap found while scavenging
-Decreased scrap's buy/sell value
-Faster Zombie Bear!
-Less food gotten from scavenging
-More likely to get ammo when you need it
-Endgame has a smaller play-field.
