Cooperation Is Peter Molyneux's Second Experiment
Sequel to Curiosity may not be a game in the traditional sense.
Peter Molyneux's new studio 22 Cans may have been forced to change the name of its first experiment Curiosity, but it seems as though the legendary developer is already looking ahead to the next project.
"If you think of (Curiosity) being the biggest mystery posted to the digital world, Cooperation is the biggest cooperative effort the world has ever known," he said.
Citing the good old game of tug-of-war as inspiration, he went on to talk about the style of the game, which may not be a product of gaming as we know it:
"Cooperation is very, very different, maybe it's not a game, or maybe you'd call it a social game," he concluded
The Curiosity experiment is now named Curiosity: What's in the Cube and will be released next month. We'll be keeping an eye out for any new details of the follow-up experiment.
