Real Boxing Approved By Apple, Ready For Prime Time
The sweet science of mashing some dude's face.
A while back, we posted a story about Real Boxing, an Unreal Engine-powered beat-em-up with some of best-looking graphics we've seen on both iPhone and iPad. The game disappeared for a little while but came roaring back, as developer Vivid Games announced that its title had been officially approved by Apple. That said, we expect to see this visually-stimulating brawler sometime this month.
What makes Real Boxing so intriguing, aside from the graphics, are its two control types. One supposedly works similar to Infinity Blade, with players swiping the screen. The other, meanwhile, works in conjunction with the device's camera, similar to how Kinect operates with Xbox 360. Watch this video to see it in action, and expect more on Real Boxing in the coming weeks.
