Shadowgun: DeadZone Cheats And Tips
Take this advice, and come out firing.
Madfinger Games' Shadowgun: DeadZone is rough around the edges, but there's plenty to like. Free, 10-person multiplayer for starters, coupled with a plethora of cool weapons to kill people with. That said, you'll be on the receiving end of headshots if you run around aimlessly, so it's time to stop being a victim and take charge with our Shadowgun: DeadZone cheats and tips guide.
Be Opportunistic With Grenades
Grenades can be tough to come by, and that means you shouldn't just throw them around unless you have some targets. Best case scenario, be on the lookout for one or more players and chuck a well-placed grenade between these people to score double and perhaps triple kills.
Shoot Red Canisters
By now, you should know what happens with red canisters. Shooting these suckers makes them explode, taking out/severely damaging players within the blast radius. A great way to conserve ammo and grenades.
Ditch The Roadie Run
Unless you have an unimpeded escape route, don't use the sprint feature, as you cannot change direction while pressing this button to steer the character around walls and other obstructions.
Roll Whenever Possible
Pressing the roll button helps to avoid melee attacks and some gunfire. We don't suggest rolling throughout the entire match, but once and awhile proves useful, particularly in close quarters.
Upgrade Weapons
No offense to the base-model assault rifle, but it doesn't provide maximum stopping power, and it'll take a whole mess of bullets to kill enemies from afar. On that note, keep playing to level up and unlock more high-powered guns, like the Marauder, Doomhammer shotgun and Sh*tstorm launcher. This makes killing infinitely more enjoyable.
Research, Research And Research
The more money you obtain from playing matches, the more weapons and equipment you'll be able to research and unlock. Items include the Grenade Mk2, Sentry Gun, Medikit, Radar Detector, two item slots and different perks, such as sprinting and running boosts. You can even improve a character's health and armor. Granted, it will take a ton of cash to research everything, but start out slowly.
