Dead Trigger 2 Powered By Tegra 4
Sequel to the bloody first-person shooter revealed.
This week, thousands of people will take in the sights of the 2013 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Normally, the event doesn't yield much video game news, but it's off to a wonderful start with the announcement of Dead Trigger 2, sequel to 2012's intense zombie first-person shooter.
The surprise reveal came during NVIDIA's press conference, while the company demoed its impressive Tegra 4 chip. Attendees were treated to an impressive snippet of footage, with the protagonist squaring off against a gigantic zombie that took up a sizable piece of screen real estate. To help bring the sucker down, the hero hopped onto a gun turret and unloaded numerous rounds into the creature.
Thus far, the game looks incredible. Granted, we've yet to see it first hand, but the city environment already blows away everything in the original Dead Trigger, with a higher amount of detail, like rubble strewn across the street. Suffice to say, we can't wait to play it in person, and expect more details from Madfinger Games in the coming weeks.
