Draw Something 2 Makes Surprise iPhone And iPad Debut

We knew of several iPhone and iPad games releasing today. Zynga's Draw Something 2 was not one of them, so you can imagine our surprise upon learning that the sequel to the immensely popular mobile game is currently available across different iOS devices.

The big question, naturally, is this: how would the publisher improve upon an already great formula? For starters, the game includes new drawing tools, colors and stamps. On top of that, people can share their creations in a feed their friends can access.

In addition, a gallery stores everyone's personal collections, there are more than 5,000 new words, along with the ability to earn coins from playing Daily Guess and Daily Draw. A Free Draw mode allows gamers to give the various tools a test drive, and a Restricted Mode lets them disable the Social Feed, should they want some privacy.

We'll be sure to put Draw Something 2 through its paces to see how it stacks up to the original. That said, expect plenty of colorful articles in the days ahead.
