Lostmagic Comes Stateside
And Europe too
Ubisoft revealed today that it will publish and distribute the Taito-developed Lostmagic for the Nintendo DS across North America and Europe. The action oriented RPG title will take place in a world where a new and horrible evil force is rising to challenge the current state of peace, and the only hope lies with a wizard named Isaac, who may or may not be the chosen one; we'll have to see.
With monsters of unspeakable terrors roaming around, it's up to Isaac to make use of the seven magic wands left behind by the creator to unleash devastating magic spells and command a variety of monster-based squads. As the player, you must utilize the stylus as if it was a magic wand and preform different motions to cast your spells in battle.
The game will also provide a challenge mode where players can duel one another via the Nintendo DS's Wi-Fi connection, practicing their magic casting skills and assortment of combat strategies.
Lostmagic for the Nintendo DS is due to arrive in stores later this spring.
