Asphalt 8: Airborne Cheats and Tips - Venice

Ah, Venice!

Asphalt 8 Track Tips

Barcelona|Tokyo|Nevada|London|The Alps|Monaco|Iceland|Venice|French Guiana

Asphalt 8: Airborne is available for iOS and Android, and we checked out the tracks to provide you with strategies to get the most from each race.

For our latest tips guide, we take you through the canals of Venice, a small, winding city with paths aplenty. Your opposition will try to take advantage. With our helpful advice, you will, too.

1

-A few seconds into the race, you'll find a hairpin turn, but with a blue Nitro sitting just before it, behind a fence. Never mind the fence. Run through that sucker, snag the Nitro and drift.

-Once you get past the turn, you'll work your way into the city. Don't worry about the smaller debris, as your car will run right through it without losing speed. However, do worry about the small buildings that divide up the road. Smacking into one will prove costly. Watch your boost and steer past these small sections.

2

-Look for Nitros along these paths. The first one is located on the right road, so stay to the right at first. Once you cross over the bridge - in the center of the city section - stay to the right for another Nitro.

-After a corkscrew jump - which you should take - and a tight right turn, you'll head into a string of buildings. Here, you'll want to keep a steady thumb on your drift button while keeping your car away from obstacles. Don't be afraid to ram a few cars in the process, because you'll build up massive boost power. Just don't boost - you'll need moderate speed to handle the corners.

3

-Coming out of the buildings, pick up the two Nitros on the right hand side before heading over the ramp.

-The city will divide up again into small buildings, so watch your speed and make sure you don't hit anything. Grab Nitro and hit every ramp you can.

-After leaving the second small city section, you'll have a small corner to deal with, then a jump onto a railroad area. It won't slow your speed, so use this spot to empty whatever Nitro you have.

4

-You'll leave the railroad section to access a freeway. When you do, be sure to grab the golden Nitro on the way out.

-Finally, use this last section of road to take advantage of the two ramps on the left hand side, as well as any Nitro you have remaining. First place should be yours - if you didn't wreck, that is.
