EA Announces 2006 FIFA World Cup

Electronic Arts announced today the development of 2006 FIFA World Cup in celebration of the 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany, and the game will be available on every single console. All of them.
Every team that qualified for the tournament will be available in the game, including 12 official stadiums that will be used at 2006 FIFA World Cup Germany. In addition to competing in the upcoming tournament, EA will also provide a Global Challenge setting that will recreate various classic moments in FIFA World Cup history.
2006 FIFA World Cup for the Sony PSP, Nintendo DS, Nintendo Game Boy Advance, Mobile, Nintendo GameCube, Sony PlayStation 2...*breath*...Xbox, Xbox 360, and PC will be available sometime April 2006 in anticipation of the real-world tournament which begins in June. Mobile users can purchase the title through major carriers and will have the option of downloading either English or the Spanish language version of the game.
