Blood Battalion Cheats And Tips
Sink your fangs into this one.
Find out why Blood Battalion is worth playing in our review.
Fans of the original Blood Brothers will find a lot to like in the recently released sequel Blood Battalion. Even though we feel it's more of the same without too much hands-on involvement, its various features and online interaction make it worth your time.
For those getting deep into the game, we've got a few tips to help you along.
-When it comes to selecting the class you want to use, it's best to start with a straightforward attacker, like the blue beard. These guys put up quite a fight, rather than striking from a distance or using a defensive tactic. You'll still have teammates to rely on, so don't worry about being a team player from the beginning. You can always try another class later on.
-If you have a unit on its last legs - after taking so much damage from enemies - you can call upon them to be sacrificed and born again as the undead. This is a great tactic that gives you additional numbers when you need help the most. The one thing you have to keep in mind, though, is that once the battle is over, they're gone, and you'll have to work with new team members. Use this tactic when you absolutely need it.
-When you plan your strategies, spread your team around. That forces the enemy to expand, and you can go one-on-one with their party - instead of having one person get pummeled.
-Don't be afraid to try out new formations with your team. Sometimes a straightforward attack is just what enemies expect. Mix things up and try new placements, especially with archers that can hit from a distance. The safer you keep them, the more damage you're capable of doing.
-Evolving plays a key part in Blood Battalion, just as it did in the original. Maximize your character the best you can, and then, if you have the opportunity, merge them with a similar character class. This makes them a stronger single unit in battle, and likely to survive some of the tougher fights in the game. You don't have to worry about it right away, just down the road after you've gone through a few encounters.
-You'll need to sign up for a Mobage account to play the game, but it's free, and you can make a few friends while you play. In addition to potential PvP battles, you can also receive and send gifts, having friends sign up and get a boost as a result. You should have no problem finding fellow players to trade items with. Stock up, as it'll pay off in the long run.
