Best New Android Games On Google Play - December 10, 2013

There's only been a small trickle of new and noteworthy games to hit the Android Google Play service during the last week, but there should be something to keep everyone entertained in this week's release round-up.

Garfield Saves The Holidays

Everyone's favorite misery-guts returns in a festive tower-defense style game, where Garfield himself must hold back an alien invasion against the North Pole. One of the better Garfield games to hit mobiles and tablets in recent memory, we reckon kids in particular are going to lap(land) this one up.

Embarrassingly, we missed the release of Little Inferno a couple of weeks ago, so we're just going to casually slip it in here and hope that nobody notices. This satirical swipe at the world of in-app purchases features one of the finest physics engines you can enjoy on a mobile or tablet, and you'll find the process of buying and burning worldly possessions far more addictive than you might imagine.
