Multiplayer, Supercars Come To Real Racing 3
Firemonkeys adds competitive races to its free-to-play effort.
As great as the time-shifted multiplayer is for Real Racing 3, there's no beating the thrill of direct competition. Today, Electronic Arts and Firemonkeys announced that the mobile racing game will finally get it.
A new update for the iOS version of the game has been released, and it allows users to race in competitive multiplayer with other drivers through Game Center. Android players can drive against their fellow players as well through Google Play.
Players can earn additional gold by beating other players in the game, and you're able to see which friends are racing online at any time, so you can throw out direct challenges.
In addition, two new Supercars have been added to the drivable line-up - the sleek McLaren P1 and the equally hot Lamborghini Veneno. You can catch a glimpse of the cars in the included trailer.
Enough talk - time to race!
