Clear Vision 3 Cheats & Tips: Mission 1-5 Walkthrough

Our essential guide to becoming a master sniper in the third Clear Vision game.

Clear Vision 3 - Walkthrough: Missions 1-5 | Walkthrough: Missions 6-10 | Review

It's hardly a game for the squeamish - you are playing a sniper, after all - but Clear Vision 3 offers a pretty good arcade-style experience, where you take out targets by lining them up in your sights, adjust for wind and distance, and then let the bullet fly.

Here's a quick walkthrough for the first five levels of the game, and how to make the most out of your kills.

Clear Vision 3 Walkthrough - Mission 1: Mr. Magestro

This is a rather easy level, but you've got to start somewhere, right? Your target will simply be sitting on a park bench, and so there's very little movement involved here. Just line up the center of your scope on his head and press the fire button in the corner of the screen. It'll cost you three of your 20 charges to accept this mission, but you'll make an easy 750 in cash by completing it on the first try - no problem.

Clear Vision 3 Walkthrough - Mission 2: Jonny Ki

Investing three of your charges in the second mission will reward you with 900 in cash. Your goal is to take out a corrupt chef as he works inside his restaurant. When the mission begins, just line up the chef's head in your sights - don't worry about the homeless guy drinking beneath him. Once the chef stops moving around for a second, take the shot and he'll slump over dead. The money's as good as yours.

2

Clear Vision 3 Walkthrough - Mission 3: Daniel

The catch in this mission is that you can't shoot the corrupt electrician directly, as you're tasked to make it look like an accident. Rather than focusing on him, take aim at the electrical box that's on the bottom of the pole he's working on. Shooting it will send a surge that will zap him and send him falling to his death. It's pretty easy to complete, and easy money for the pot.

Clear Vision 3 Walkthrough - Mission 4: Clayton

This mission, which costs three charges to accept and provides 925 cash as reward, introduces the distance mechanic to your shots. You need to take out a thieving customer in a comic book shop, but you'll need to shoot him from a distance.

Line him up in your sights, but don't be too quick to fire. You'll see a meter with the number "1800" light up. If you look on your scope, you'll see numbers on the lower half of it. Take your crosshairs and aim at your subject's head, then move the scope up until the number 2000 is close by to it. Set this aim up correctly and you'll send him packing with a headshot. This may take a couple of tries, but don't be frustrated. You can always begin the mission again if you make too many mistakes - provided you don't run out of charges, of course.

4

Clear Vision 3 Walkthrough - Mission 5: K. Johnson

The last mission in the first part of our walkthrough rewards 850 cash, and involves you sending a blackmailing fisherman to a watery grave. When you start the mission, disregard the guy eating the hotdog on the right. Your target will be on the left-hand side, trying to catch fish at the end of the pier. You won't have to worry about trajectory and distance here: just line up your target's head with the center of your scope and fire. He'll fall right into the water, and that reward is as good as yours.
