Cookie Clickers Cheats And Tips

Put grandma to work in your quest for ultimate cookie hoarding domination.

Internet sensation Cookie Clickers is finally available on mobile devices. Yes, you can take the clicking madness on the go.

Cookie Clickers looks deceptively simple at first - click a cookie in the middle of the screen to add to your overall total. The more you play, the tougher it gets to amass a mountain of treats, earn bonuses and eventually unlock more power-ups to send your total skyrocketing. There's a reason this game is so wildly addictive.

That said, shake and bake with these Cookie Clickers tips.

1

How do I collect more cookies in Cookie Clickers?

Start tapping the cookie in the center of the screen - for each tap, you earn a cookie. However, if you really want to get your technique down, try tapping multiple fingers on the screen at once in succession. The game will record each tap you make, and the more cookies you collect, the more power-ups you'll be able to buy.

As you proceed, your cookie will begin getting dunked in milk. This is a multiplier - the game keeps track of your per second ratio beneath the overall total. You can make it even higher with the help of certain power-ups and meters on the screen.

What does the Cookie Meter do in Cookie Clickers?

This allows "bonus cookies" to drop from the top of the screen. Once you fill the meter - which you do by collecting said cookies - it'll let off an alert noise, and several larger cookies will fall. Tap these quickly and you'll score an 800+ cookie bonus that adds to your total. There's no limit to how many of these you can earn, so keep clicking!

How do the PowerClick and AutoClick power-ups work in Cookie Clicker?

These allow for the automatic clicking of cookies. The AutoClick is cheapest, and produces an extra click a second for each hand, while the PowerClick multiplies your meter automatically with each purchase you make. They're more expensive, but worth having. Buy them first if you can.

How does the Chocolate Meter work in Cookie Clickers?

The chocolate meter, located on the bottom of the screen, earns you a temporary 10X multiplier that activates after about five minutes of play. You'll want to tap the most here, as you can easily earn a huge amount of cookies until the meter fills back up again. You'll have to wait a few minutes for it to reactivate, but for devoted cookie collectors, it's worth it.

How do Factories work in Cookie Clickers?

If you want to amp up your cookie production, invest in Factories. Start with the grandma, as she's the cheapest and provides several additional cookies per second. When you're ready, move up to the C-Robot and CookieFarm, then invest some serious cookies (yes, serious cookies are a thing) into the Factories and other technology. The higher you invest, the more cookies you'll rack up, moving forward to that precious one billion.

Do I need to pay for anything in Cookie Clickers?

Not really, as buying cookies would technically be cheating. However, you can earn additional cookies by logging into Facebook (which is good for competing against others score-wise), as well as downloading other apps from the developer, including Splashy Fish. It pays to put more cookies on the board.
