Bungle! Cheats And Tips
Everybody's working for the weekend.
If you're looking for a mobile game to test your "twitch" gaming skills, there's no better place to start than Ghost Crab Games' Bungle! In this game, you'll guide an employee through a series of jobs by correcting tapping on green sections of a bar while he goes back and forth. He picks up speed as he goes along, though, so you'll need to keep tapping accurately, or you're fired!
There are some tips that'll help you get through this 9-to-5 beat, so be sure to heed them well!
How do I play Bungle!?
In the game, your employee automatically goes back and forth across each job (paperboy, sushi chef, window cleaner), and you have to accurately drop off the stuff he picks up by tapping on the green sections of a bar right below him as he passes into them. If you don't tap on it quick enough, or tap on one of the red sections, your game is over, and your character is fired.
As you pick up speed, it's important to watch over where your character crosses over, and what green bar is best to use. Sometimes you'll have multiple green bars in a stretch, increasing your chances of continuing. Just time your hits better with each pass, and keep an eye open for power-ups as they float overhead.
How can power-ups help me in Bungle!?
Power-ups float over your character as he continues his work shift, and tapping them automatically puts them into play. These include such favorites as a slow-motion activator that makes it easier to hit green sections of the bar, as well as an extra hit when the boss isn't looking.
However, there are negative power-ups, like "flip," that can end up hindering your performance instead of helping you. These are usually highlighted in red, so avoid them whenever you get the chance. It may be hard to do with watching the action on the lower half of the screen, but you'll get the hang of it.
What happens if a passerby gets in my way in Bungle!?
Occasionally, a passerby will wander onto the screen and get in the way of the action. However, you can usually deal with these guys by simply tapping on them. They'll scoot out of the way, and you can continue doing your job and avoiding getting fired.
Do I need to pay for anything in Bungle!?
The game itself is free-to-play, but there is an option to disable ads for $1.99. They aren't really that intrusive, however, so feel free to enjoy the game on its own merits. You'll unlock new jobs and power-ups automatically, so don't worry about spending!
